Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Bylo Scan ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.

2. License

Caglar Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bylo Scan on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Subscriptions & payments

Bylo Scan offers optional Premium subscriptions (monthly, annual) and a one-time lifetime purchase.
All purchases are processed by Apple's App Store. Apple's payment terms apply.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date via your Apple ID Settings.
We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy.

4. Free tier limits

The free version of Bylo Scan may include limitations on the number of scans, features, or export options. These limits may change at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Scan, store, or distribute content that infringes third-party rights.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the App and its content (excluding your scans) remain with Caglar Labs. You retain all rights to documents you scan.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that OCR results will be accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caglar Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice.
